Facial Ultrasound Courses

The standard of care in facial aesthetics is changing. Join the providers already making the shift - individualizing treatment to real anatomy, not textbook assumptions.

Taught by Dr. Federico Fenton; a physician-injector and point-of-care ultrasound director who has spent years training other clinicians on ultrasound.

THE ALLIAM DIFFERENCE

Why choose our facial ultrasound courses?

The gaps this course was built to close

Learn clinical decision-making, not just technique

More important than acquiring a perfect ultrasound image is knowing what to do with that information. Our courses teach both, the technical skills for image acquisition and, more importantly, the clinical decision-making behind them, from physicians who've stood at the bedside and managed the complications themselves.

Test before you invest

Most courses train you on one ultrasound platform and send you home without a real sense of your purchasing options. In this course, you'll test multiple handheld and cart-based systems from different manufacturers, compare the pros and cons of each, and leave confident you know what equipment to buy.

A pre-treatment scanning algorithm for every region

Theory only gets you so far without a clear protocol to follow in the treatment room. During this course you will learn a specific pre-treatment scanning algorithm for each anatomical area: what to check, and in what order.

A plan for after you leave

Most courses teach you the theory but offer little guidance on the hardest part: implementing the skill once you're back in your own practice. This course gives you an actionable plan for building your ultrasound proficiency over time, in your own practice.

Getting more hands-on time

Ultrasound is a hands-on skill, not a watching skill. Small cohorts mean more time scanning, less time waiting for your turn to hold the probe.

Learning from an educator who knows how to teach

We've all had a teacher who was excellent at their craft but hard to learn from. Teaching is its own skill, separate from expertise itself. Dr. Federico Fenton has spent years as a point-of-care ultrasound director in a graduate medical education training program, building teaching curricula and training clinicians from beginner to advanced.

Why should I Learn Facial Ultrasound?

The "common" vascular anatomy is the outlier, not the rule.

The "common" vascular anatomy is the outlier, not the rule.

Vessel depth, course, and branching differ from patient to patient in ways textbook anatomy can't reliably predict. The clinical evidence is consistent: "common" anatomy is the outlier, not the rule. Ultrasound shows you what's actually there.

Complication Avoidance and Management.

Complication Avoidance and Management.

Real-time Ultrasound visualization is one of the most reliable ways to prevent complications and to identify and manage them when they occur. From vascular occlusions, delayed-onset nodules, venous obstructions, edema, biofilm infections, and more.

It gives your patients another reason to trust you

It gives your patients another reason to trust you

It's not just a safety upgrade; it's a reason for patients to choose your practice. Informed patients expect providers who stay current with advances in technology and training. Adding facial ultrasound to your assessments lets your patients know they're in the right hands and gives them the confidence to move forward with treatments.

Truly individualized treatments

Truly individualized treatments

Showing a patient their own anatomy on screen, in real time, turns the consultation into something collaborative and makes the treatment experience feel truly tailored and customized.

Ultrasound Is Becoming the Standard of Care in Facial Aesthetics.

Ultrasound Is Becoming the Standard of Care in Facial Aesthetics.

Ultrasound is shifting from an optional skill to an expected one, the same way central lines and paracentesis shifted from landmark-based to ultrasound-guided once the evidence on complication rates came in. This is the perfect time to learn this skill and still be ahead of the curve.

Who are these courses for

This course is for licensed medical providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses) who are legally permitted to perform aesthetic injections in their state, who are serious about medical aesthetic education and committed to providing the highest standard of care.
We train clinical medical providers only. If you're not a licensed medical provider who performs injections, this course isn't for you.
